Ebon Root Inventory Liquidation Auction

Ebon Root is liquidating approximately $107,000.00 in inventory in an auction with no reserve. The Auction will be held over email and those winning a lot are responsible to pickup their winnings by November 25th. Ebon Root is not responsible for shipping nor delivery.

The Auction begins November 14th 2009 and starts to close at 17:00 on November 19th 2009. During the period of the auction this site will be updated with the latest bid amounts. There is no reserve on any lot. All lots have a starting bid amount and a defined minimum bid increment amount (varies by lot). Bids may be made in increments greater than the minimum, but must be in whole dollar amounts. The highest bid received at the end of the auction is the winner. If the winner fails to collect, we will contact the runners up.

Bidding Process

  • The Auction is using an English Auction format, with no reserve but with a starting bid for each lot.
  • Bidding will be conducted on this website (click on the Auction Lots link above to view the current status of the Auction Lots).
  • Bids are updated on the website. When a Lot is updated all of those who have subscribed to it and past bidders receive notice via email.
  • You can subscribe to a Lot by clicking the email icon next to the lot. This way you will receive notices when the Lot is bid upon.
  • Auction will continue past the close period as long as bids are received within 5 minutes of each other.
  • Make sure to understand the terms of this auction prior to submitting a bid.
All sales are final. Sales are as-is with no guarantees express or implied. Payment must be made in cash or cashiers check to Ebon Root. The assumption is that these sales are purchased for Resale, if otherwise buyer is responsible for sales tax. Inventory can be viewed prior to the Auction from 1pm to 3pm on November 14th at 1596 East Gentile in Layton, UT or by appointment any time thereafter until the close of the auction. Inventory lists are believed to be accurate to the best of our ability, as a very manpower intensive process was made to complete the inventory lists. However, because of human error we cannot guarantee the inventory list will match exactly. Buyers are responsible for conducting their own inventory assessment prior to participating in the auction, if they desire. Winning bidder is responsible to deliver payment and pickup goods by November 25th 05:00 pm US/Mountain. Submitting a bid in the auction is implicit agreement to these terms.
