Events and Community Information

Ebon Root is happy to welcome all players to any events we host. We do have a Player Credo that we ask all players to remember:

Ebon Root Players Credo
Play a friendly game! Avoid aggressive competition. Concede a loss with a smile and congratulate the winner. No rough-housing, foul language, taunting or disparaging remarks! Have fun!

Ebon Root is also happy to support and sponsor judges for any games running at the store. If you would like to run a sponsored game at the store, please review our Ebon Root Judges section.

Default Monthly Schedule:

  • First Saturday: CCG (Magic the Gathering)
  • Second Saturday: Wiz Kids (Hero Clix, etc)
  • Third Saturday: RPG (Living Greyhawk, Spycraft, etc)
  • Fourth Saturday: Miniature Games (War Machine, Warhammer, etc)
This is just a general default, things may change from what is listed--check the calendar for actual events
 Default Weekly Schedule:
  • Monday: Party and Family Games
  • Tuesday: Miniatures: Pirates, War Machine, Warhammer
  • Wednesday: Wiz Kids: Hero Clix, Mechwarrior
  • Thursday: Workshops (Painting, Writing, Artist, Scenery), Anime Night
  • Friday: CCG: Legend of the Five Rings, Magic the Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh

The Calendar is our source-of-authority for all events in our store. If there is space and nothing is scheduled in the calendar, you are welcome to use the space! If you would like to place an event at our site into our calendar, just let us know first, thanks!
